Serves as financial point of contact for assigned business units. Completes necessary follow up with payroll to ensure correct reporting of void and manual checks as well as outstanding/uncashed payroll checks.

Reconciles payroll bank account for the Casino.

Prepares monthly pre-payments for Casino.

Completes quarterly sales tax returns for Casino and Golf Course.

Prepares report detailing variance analysis by BU for Operations Management.

Responsible for FTE reports distributed with month-end budget to actual variance analysis reports.Prepares FTE calculations for use in BCFINPK.Completes all month end schedules related to payroll, benefit accruals and payroll taxes. Prepares any necessary accruals at month end.

Reviews and posts bi-weekly payroll journal entry.

Prepares assigned month end schedules by required due dates.

Completes inter-company reconciliations and prepares check requests for payment of outstanding monthly charges.

Provides estimated participation on weekly basis. Performs daily Cage work on periodic basis. Is trained on Cage accountability and remains current with changes in Cage processes.

Functions as main back up for Cage accountant.

Prepares all month-end schedules related to fixed assets. Completes required asset reporting for bank/financing compliance. Balances Fixed Asset activity to BCFINPK. Responsible for depreciation calculations. Coordinates coding and tracking with Accounting Payable. Monitors daily activity related to CIP accounts and CER tracking.
